Commission and Compensation
Property Management Riviera Maya will receive the remuneration for management mission by mutual agreement between the parties;
Option 1) 10% of the amount of the rental, for any rental by the owner. The owner can add reservations at any time, subject to availability.
Option 2) 15%, for any rentals made by Property Management Riviera Maya on Airbnb, Abritel or VRBO. The network’s commission costs to be paid by the owner.
Option 3) 20% for all direct rentals made by Property Management Riviera Maya. That is, they are not subject to external charges for the owner (for example AirBnb, Vrbo, etc).
The sums collected in advance or for the rental of the condo will be managed by the agent, but will be given to the grantor within 3 days after the beginning of each rental. There will be compensation for commissions and network charges if applicable.
The agent may also ask the tenants of the owner to pay other costs and fees for negotiation, inventory, cleaning or maintenance and drafting of documents, leases and amendments established for the benefit of the said tenants and which will be at the expense of the latter according to the texts in force.
